Senior Producer of Educational Projects

Your tasks will include:

• developing educational programs based on the needs of students, the industry, and Avito, as well as a product approach;
• being responsible for the entire development and refactoring cycle, including the selection of the necessary IT infrastructure;
• controlling the timelines, resources, and budget of educational programs, maintaining documentation and reporting;
• managing a team for content creation, student selection, and support;
• building communication within the education team and with other departments (support, recruitment, events, marketing, development, etc.);
• working with other teams to improve programs based on qualitative and quantitative data.

We expect you to have:

• at least two years of experience with complex long-term educational projects;
• experience in launching educational programs from scratch;
• understanding of the full cycle of creation, support, and promotion of educational programs;
• knowledge of the specifics of training students in IT specialties;
• a high degree of independence in your work and readiness to take responsibility for the results.
