Hi! The Foxford online school team is here.
- For 17 years, we've been changing the education market by launching products for any need of schoolchildren, their parents, and teachers.
- We have 1500+ employees and 13 million registered users.
- We are the largest EdTech company by revenue (as of the end of 2025) and have been recognized as Employer #1 by hh.ru in the "Science and Education" industry for 3 consecutive years.
About the role
We are developing key parts of the user journey in supplementary education: the course catalog, authentication and registration, shopping cart, and checkout. We currently have several product initiatives and external integrations in progress — primarily with Sber's ecosystem solutions and payment gateway partners. We are looking for a project manager to help ensure their stable and clear implementation.
You will work in tandem with a Product Manager — they will be responsible for strategy, discovery, and product development direction, while you will be responsible for delivery, integrations, communications, and task definition. It's important for us that processes move predictably and that all participants understand what's happening and why.
What you will do
- Lead the delivery of product initiatives and integrations, which includes understanding requirements, defining tasks, and bringing changes to release;
- Formulate high-quality task specifications without ready-made Technical Specifications (TS) and be responsible for their completeness and correctness;
- Independently dive into the product's structure and user flows (catalog, cart, payment, authorization), considering limitations and dependencies;
- Work in tandem with the Product Manager, transforming product solutions and agreements into implementable tasks and a clear action plan;
- Manage communication with Sber teams regarding integrations (SberID, SberPay, etc.), clarify requirements, document agreements, and manage timelines and changes;
- Track task and project status, proactively highlight risks, and help adjust plans when changes occur;
- Control the quality of implementation: task acceptance, user scenario logic, and analytics readiness for release.
What is important to us
- Relevant experience in a product team (not agency) for at least 2 years;
- Experience in independently formulating tasks without ready-made TS;
- Ability to understand the existing system and user flows;
- Strong delivery and implementation management skills;
- Desire to deeply immerse yourself in the product's structure and user scenarios, understanding limitations and interdependencies between systems;
- Ability to clearly and structurally formulate tasks and negotiate with the team and partners;
- Calm attitude towards change and working in conditions of uncertainty;
- Experience in technical roles or close collaboration with development will be a plus.
What we offer
- Freedom of action: we are ready to support any of your boldest ideas and hypotheses if you can justify them;
- Trust: we proceed from the assumption that colleagues are professionals and do not engage in micromanagement (no meetings for the sake of meetings), but maintain a high level of autonomy within the team – while being ready to help, support, and share expertise;
- Convenient work format – we are fine with full remote work within the Russian Federation, and we would also be happy to meet at our office near Tulskaya metro station (Moscow);
- Official employment: white salary, vacation;
- Market-rate salary + annual bonus and annual review based on performance review results;
- Flexible start of the day: results are what matter most to us;
- We provide a good work laptop;
- Health care: Voluntary Medical Insurance (DMS) with dental care, corporate psychologist, sick leave compensation. And if you catch a cold – we'll send you a vitamin box ;)
- Development: corporate foreign language courses, discounts on Foxford products and partner offers, access to an online library, and compensation for external training;
- We are accredited as an IT company.
