Netology is looking for a Project Manager
Format: remote work within Russia (full-time)
🔧 What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting the process for handling and implementing incoming requests from related departments;
- Managing the task backlog: evaluating impact, prioritizing based on business goals and resources, planning implementation timelines;
- Setting and implementing tasks together with the development, design, and analytics teams. Participating in testing/acceptance;
- Implementing projects for the product team;
- Supporting the interaction processes between the product team and the development team (facilitating daily meetings, retrospectives, implementing some initiatives to improve processes).
📎 What Is Important for Us:
- Ability to assess the business impact of tasks (revenue/conversion/risk) and prioritize the backlog;
- Autonomous delivery: from gathering initial input to release and acceptance, without micromanagement;
- IT literacy: understanding integrations, API/events; ability to describe the solution and acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD, UAT);
- Working with a flow of small tasks: multitasking, attention to deadlines and details;
- Experience interacting with development and QA: task assignment/acceptance, participation in testing;
- Process discipline: adherence to SLA, release windows and statuses, timely risk escalation.
