⚡️ Mandatory requirements for application: — Experience as an IT Project Manager for at least 3 years; — We do not consider candidates with freelance experience; — We do not consider candidates from government companies; — We do not consider candidates with experience significantly exceeding the required level;

🔻 Desirable: — Understanding of the software development lifecycle; — Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies; — Skill in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements; — Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; — Proficiency in YouTrack, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools; — Skill in resource planning and team workload assessment; — Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflict situations; — System thinking, attention to detail, responsibility for results;

🔻 You: — Coordinated the full cycle of projects from request to release; — Accompanied the collection and analysis of business requirements; — Decomposed tasks and determined priorities; — Organized the work of analysts, designers, developers, and testers; — Controlled deadlines and quality of execution; — Built transparent communication between clients and the team; — Managed expectations and informed about project status and risks; — Accompanied releases and implementation of new functionality;

🎯 What you will be doing: — Coordinating projects from idea to release; — Gathering and formalizing requirements; — Planning tasks and managing the team; — Organizing meetings, syncs, and demos; — Managing risks and improving processes;
