Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and related departments according to stakeholder level.
• Gather requirements from all interested parties, process, and describe requirements and schemes for implemented business processes.
• Formulate and develop hypotheses and solution prototypes.
• Create project roadmaps.
• Manage the development team (possibly two): form, update, and prioritize the backlog for the teams, ensuring a seamless production process for their work.
• Ensure high-quality project implementation on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements.
• Prepare training materials, coordinate them, and communicate them to users, answer their questions about system operation.
• Prepare materials for product/functionality presentations.
• Conduct functionality demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Formulate product goals and metrics, implement methods for tracking them, gather user pain points, optimize the user journey.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro;
• Experience with large-scale projects and developing business requirements for IT teams.
• Ability to manage product strategy and development within a roadmap with defined deadlines;
• Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders and dependencies in related areas;
• Responsibility, structure, attention to detail;
