Project Manager
We are developing an ERP system for delivery restaurants: managing orders, kitchen, staff, finances, and integrations in a single product.
The project is live, evolving as a SaaS, with existing clients and a clear roadmap.
We need a project manager who will take over coordination of development and serve as the link between the business and the team.
Tasks
- Managing the ERP system project from tasks to results
- Backlog work: formation, prioritization, progress monitoring
- Assigning tasks to developers and designers
- Monitoring deadlines, quality, and team workload
- Communication with the business side and users (delivery restaurants)
- Gathering and formalizing requirements
- Preparing functional descriptions, process diagrams, specifications
- Participating in release planning and product development
What's Important to Us
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager / product manager
- Experience with IT products (preferably SaaS or ERP / CRM / business services)
- Understanding of development processes (analysis → development → testing → release)
- Ability to communicate with developers and business stakeholders on common ground
- Skill in structuring chaos and bringing tasks to completion
- Independence and responsibility
A big plus will be:
- Experience with HoReCa, food delivery, restaurants
- Experience launching or developing SaaS products
- Understanding of integrations (cash registers, delivery aggregators, payments)
