Customer Success Manager / Project Manager (Working with enterprise clients, implementation projects, integrations)

Format: hybrid in Moscow (office 1-2 days)❗️
Salary Range: 230-280k net (IP/Smz - self-employment/freelancer status)
Key focus of the role: not task management, but client result management
Requirements:
- Successful management of IT / SaaS projects (experience with the enterprise segment will be an advantage)
- Practical experience in implementation and working with clients after deal closure
- Client management skills (not just internal processes)
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (product, development, support, sales)
- Strong communication skills: ability to conduct dialogue at a business level (with business leaders and owners)
- Understanding of corporate processes (budgeting, approvals, etc.)
Tasks:
- Managing the client from deal closing to launch and product adoption
- Managing the client journey and implementation (deadlines, stages, final result)
- Organizing effective interaction between the client and internal teams (product, architecture, support, sales)
- Identifying and removing blockers on the client's side
- Managing expectations and driving to results
- Participation in the formation and development of the Customer Success model (processes, metrics, scripts).
