Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

— Managing projects to improve the stability of IT infrastructure and services;

— Organizing effective cross-functional interaction (SysOps, DevOps, NetOps, SoftOps, etc.);

— Managing expectations and results;

— Forming project reports.

We expect:

— At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects or programs, preferably in E-com, Fintech, Telecom, or high-load B2C services;

— Practical experience interacting with IT infrastructure, architecture, and information security teams;

— Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (DevOps, SysOps, NetOps, QA, Security, Product);

— Facilitation and decision-making skills in conditions of uncertainty and high load;

— Ability to build processes that ensure transparency, predictability, and efficiency in completing technical tasks.
