Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, economic, and/or professional education in management);
- Experience in product development;
- General understanding of various technological aspects;
- Experience in direct management of information system development projects, complex projects, cross-functional teams for at least 4 years;
- Deep knowledge of Jira, Excel, MS Project;
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and skills in their application;
- Knowledge of PMBoK. Holding PMI, IPMA certification is an advantage.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing high-load systems;
- Broad technical outlook in terms of modern approaches and software development technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Management of complex IT projects at all stages of the lifecycle (budget, deadlines, project scope, issues, and risks);
- Communication with stakeholders;
- Interaction with contractors (if involved) and project procurement;
- Development management (processes, roles, artifacts, etc.);
- Direct participation in the formation and development of the project team;
- Team motivation.
