Remote | Novakid

Novakid is an online English language school for children aged 4–12, which allows learning a foreign language remotely under a program that complies with the European CEFR standards, on par with their English-speaking peers (Novakid instructors are native speakers from the USA, Great Britain, and other countries).

Responsibilities:

🌸You will not create content, but you will become the operational backbone of the team. 🌸Control project deadlines, manage Jira boards, ensure effective interaction between teams. 🌸Monitor compliance with QA and QC processes. 🌸Work closely with team leads and adjacent departments - including the analytics and data department - for tracking, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators. 🌸Help determine what works well, where there are growth points, and how content effectiveness is linked to student results and conversion success. 🌸Turn analytical insights into concrete actions that increase the efficiency and impact of educational content. 🌸Ensure that metric-based solutions guide innovation, prioritization, and the development of engaging educational materials.

We are looking for a person who:

💦Has English language proficiency at level C1+ 💦Quickly masters complex workflows 💦Is attentive to important details 💦Is able to maintain calm and clarity in fast-changing projects involving various departments 💦Understands the importance of metrics and knows how to use them to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes

Qualifications and experience:

💦Experience in creating educational or ESL content will be an advantage, but is not mandatory 💦Experience in managing creative, academic, or content projects is preferred 💦Good knowledge of project management tools and skills in coordinating cross-functional teams 💦You are proactive, stress-resistant, attentive to details, and able to communicate effectively
