We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for process stability and sprint execution in product teams.
This is an operational role: it is important to keep the task system in order, monitor compliance with processes, and identify risks related to deadlines and team workload in advance.
What you will be doing:
- consolidate information flows within the product team (product, dev, QA, design)
- plan development sprints (app and web)
- manage and maintain the backlog
- control sprint execution and team workload
- monitor task and release deadlines
- calculate sprint and team efficiency metrics
- participate in improving processes and regulations
What is important to us:
- work experience as a Project Manager / Project Operations / Project Coordinator for at least 1 year
- experience with task trackers (YouTrack, Jira, or similar)
- understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
- at least 1 year of experience working with sprints
- ability to analyze team metrics (velocity, sprint completion, workload)
- experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
- experience in setting up processes or automations in task trackers
