We develop our own internal services, automate business processes, and create tools that help our teams scale faster than the market. AI, web scraping, automation, analytics, and high-load services are not experiments, but part of our daily work. We are currently looking for a Middle Project Manager who will deeply immerse themselves in the technical context and genuinely influence delivery: from idea to stable release.

🛠 What you will be doing

• Manage technical projects and product initiatives from conception to release and post-release control.
• Coordinate the work of developers and QA, synchronize releases with the product manager.
• Decompose technical specifications into tasks.
• Maintain task boards (estimates, deadlines, and statuses) in an up-to-date state.
• Organize daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and planning meetings.
• Manage risks and blockers: identify them early, escalate them promptly, and propose solutions.
• Document decisions and agreements, improve development and QA processes based on real issues.

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or technical coordination of IT projects.
• Experience working in a product team (in-house product, not outsourcing/agency).
• Practical experience working with development and QA teams and independently managing projects.
• Understanding of the development lifecycle: requirements, estimation, development, code review, testing, release, and support.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST API, HTTP, databases, and the difference between dev, staging, and production environments.
• General understanding of Git and CI/CD, ability to read technical documentation and speak the same language as engineers.
• Ability to transform a business request into a clear and verifiable task with acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, and the ability to choose practices suitable for the team's context.
• Experience with Jira, YouTrack, Linear, or similar systems.
• Systemic approach, ownership, proactivity, and strong communication skills: clear questions, documenting decisions, constructive difficult conversations.

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in development, QA, Business Analysis, or Technical Support.
• Experience with projects involving integrations, automation, web scraping, or infrastructure tasks.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
