About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources within the exchange team.
Job description
- Resource management and work planning for one or multiple Developers teams: coordinating tasks, deadlines, and prioritization (sprints, releases, incidents); allocating resources considering infrastructure specifics and CI/CD processes; balancing business requirements with technical implementation.
- Team motivation and development: proactively supporting team members, challenging them to find optimal solutions, fostering responsibility for results, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement (DevOps practices, automation).
- Facilitation of communication: organizing and conducting meetings (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives); synchronizing with development, QA, and stakeholders; resolving conflicts and blockers.
- Process optimization: monitoring performance metrics (release frequency, recovery time, SLA); analyzing bottlenecks; tuning processes (Agile, CI/CD, monitoring) to improve efficiency.
- Transparent reporting: preparing reports on project status, risks, resource utilization, and KPIs; communicating progress and results to business and technical teams.
Qualifications
You have:
Experience in managing technical projects:
- At least 2 years as a Middle Project Manager (or higher) in the IT field, preferably with a focus on blockchain projects or administration.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe).
Expertise in managing technical teams:
- Successful experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Product, Qa, Analytics), including work planning, task distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Deep understanding of the exchange development process.
Deep knowledge of processes and methodologies:
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and efficiency metrics (SLA, SLO, MTTR).
- Understanding of development, testing, and operations processes.
Highly preferred:
Leadership and analytical skills:
- Strong soft skills: facilitation, conflict management, team motivation.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical details, critically assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and proactivity in changing requirements.
- English language: Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher: reading/writing technical documentation; participating in negotiations with English-speaking clients and teams.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in distributed (remote/multinational) teams.
