— Manage the delivery of several product and tech teams — Ensure roadmap execution and adherence to deadlines — Synchronize the work of product, engineering, and business — Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies — Build and improve development processes — Increase team efficiency and delivery transparency

📌 What is important:

— Experience as a Delivery / Project / Product Manager — Mandatory experience interacting with engineering teams — Understanding of Agile approaches (Scrum / Kanban) — Also important is an understanding and experience with the Waterfall approach — Ability to work with stakeholders and negotiate — Strong communication skills — Experience specifically in IT / tech products (not EdTech, not online course launches, etc.)
