Delivery Lead

We are TrendTech, a product IT company that develops products for the real estate market in Russia and abroad.

Five years ago, we started as an R&D center, and today we are a dynamic and independent business.

We are an accredited IT company and a participant of Skolkovo.

With the help of the IT platforms we develop, apartments worth more than 50 billion rubles are sold monthly (according to an internal study of the sum of concluded agreements with Developers thanks to the TrendAgent and TrendRealty platforms).

Our goal is to create digital tools that will allow us to move all stages of selecting and acquiring real estate properties to an online format.

We implement and develop products for B2B and B2C markets:

1. TrendAgent — a platform for automating work for professionals, which allows offering a huge number of apartments from Developers, as well as effectively working with clients thanks to a large number of advanced online tools.

2. TrendRealty— a platform that allows clients to find detailed information about apartments for sale through integrated technological solutions and prompt online interaction with a large number of specialists.

We are creating an online space that unites all players in the real estate market — developers, banks, insurance companies, real estate agencies, sellers, and buyers. This is not another advertising platform with duplicate listings or a website that pushes specific banks' mortgages on you. This is a fundamentally new product for the real estate market, where market participants interact with each other in a transparent digital environment. Our monetization model is based on transaction volume, not advertising.

Currently, our share of the St. Petersburg real estate market reaches 50% (based on information received from construction companies: LSR Group, PIK, CDS, FSK, A101, etc.), and the number of users is increasing monthly.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a unified delivery practices framework across several scrum teams by managing delivery managers;
• Increase delivery predictability: deadlines, risks, status transparency, planning and execution quality;
• Develop delivery managers from 4 specialists as a function: hire, onboard, train, calibrate, provide feedback;
• Eliminate systemic delivery obstacles at the level of processes, role interactions, and organizational dependencies.

What background and experience we are definitely interested in:

• 6+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager and 2+ years of experience as a Lead;
• Experience managing a team of Project/Delivery Managers of 2+ people;
• Strong understanding of delivery as a system, not just a set of ceremonies;
• Experience managing delivery processes in multiple teams simultaneously;
• Ability to manage delivery through other managers, not just hands-on;
• Skill to identify root causes of failures: not "the team didn't make it," but why the system generated such a result;
• Strong stakeholder management: ability to negotiate with product, engineering, and business;
• Ability to work with risks, dependencies, and uncertainty;
• Good process awareness: Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, planning cadences, dependency management, forecasting;
• Ability to develop people: regular feedback, coaching, setting expectations, calibration;
