Delivery Manager / Project Manager / Product Owner in IT.

About Us Tamaska is a platform for managing banner and video advertising. The core functionality has already been implemented, and we are now actively developing new areas: retargeting, content delivery, and impression analytics. We work with a microservice architecture under high load. Technologies: Node.js (backend), React (frontend), ClickHouse + PostgreSQL, Redis.

What you will do: -Act as a liaison between clients and the development team — ensuring transparency of goals, priorities, and deadlines. -Set up and improve development processes: from sprint planning to release. -Manage release processes — determine release contents, ensure timely delivery and quality of shipments. -Manage client expectations: plan features, agree on priorities, provide feedback on task status. -Monitor sprint execution, help the team resolve blockers, maintain a productive work rhythm. -Maintain process documentation, create efficiency metrics, propose improvements in delivery practices.

Who we are looking for: -5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager / Product Owner in IT. -Experience in release management and establishing Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban). -Communication skills at the client ↔️ development level, ability to manage expectations. -Excellent understanding of product development, CI/CD, and DevOps approaches — will be a plus. -Experience working with technical teams in highload or product projects.
