Looking to build my team: Head of Product Development Unit (Delivery Lead)

We are continuing to strengthen our team and are now looking for a leader who will take ownership of product development processes and make our delivery predictable, transparent, and well-managed.

This is a role for a mature leader who knows how to bring order to complexity, build working processes, and lead experienced people.

Key Tasks:

• Building and developing product development processes — from idea to delivery
• Delivery function: release planning, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Leading a team of 10–20 middle managers (product managers and project managers): hiring, development, performance evaluation
• Transparent interaction with stakeholders and alignment of priorities
• Development of methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and product metrics

What is important:

• Experience in managing product development processes and delivery in product teams
• Experience in managing managers, not just line specialists
• Strong skills in working with stakeholders and cross-functional interaction
• Experience in fintech will be an advantage
