Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager in fintech/web3 product.

The company develops fintech and web3 tools. Due to a restructuring of the department, they are hiring a PM with strong technical expertise.

Your tasks: – Managing a cross-functional development team – Leading the full development cycle – Managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks – Monitoring timelines and deadlines – Gathering requirements and task decomposition

Requirements: – 4+ years of experience as a PM / Delivery Manager – Experience in fintech – Deep expertise in Agile and other methodologies – Technical background and experience with high-load systems – English B2 – C1

Conditions: – Fully remote work format (full-time) – Relocation assistance to Cyprus after the probation period – Comfortable atmosphere, no micromanagement, room for growth and development.
