Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Salary range: from 270 to 300 thousand rubles. What you will do: — manage the release pipeline end-to-end: from planning to deployment; — develop team processes and rituals: planning, daily, demo, retro; — implement and improve DoR/DoD standards; — together with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, prioritize tasks, manage dependencies and risks; — coordinate the work of two teams and resolve inter-team dependencies; What we expect: — 3+ years of experience as a Delivery / Project Manager or Scrum Master; — experience in facilitating team rituals and implementing process changes; — practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban; — understanding of build and delivery processes: branching, CI/CD, environments, feature flags, and release windows; — experience coordinating releases for multiple teams;
