Responsibilities
- Participate in product development from 5 to 30 million MAU;
- Work in a team with the Head of Business Unit, Product Owner, and a cross-functional development team;
- Manage production: plan sprints and individual projects, manage resources, priorities, task systematization, coordinate work on projects within the team and with adjacent teams, be responsible for delivery within agreed time, budget, and scope;
- Find ways to improve development processes, turn ideas into transparent tasks;
- Jointly with the team, select and implement technical solutions;
- Create and lead teams: performance reviews, 1-on-1s, hiring;
- Increase team delivery speed and adherence to planned delivery timelines;
- Monitor the achievement of business goals for the teams;
- Enhance the transparency, controllability, and predictability of team processes without creating excessive bureaucracy.
Requirements
- You have at least three years of experience in project management in web and mobile development with a focus on team performance management;
- You know how to exercise situational leadership;
- You are well-acquainted with the development and product creation lifecycle: you understand how MVP creation, setup, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance proceed;
- You know and understand the pros and cons of various project/product development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS);
- You have experience identifying team growth areas through metrics measurement (velocity, capacity, TTM, quality metrics, resource utilization, and others);
- You can study customer requirements and, based on them, create technical specifications for developers in a language they understand;
- You can argue your position and present an idea. You interact confidently with people.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in a product team: understanding of CJM, product metrics;
- Proficient in process and product practices: Design Thinking, Customer Development, Unit Economics, Value Stream Mapping, Impact Mapping, A/B Testing, Lean Canvas, Lean Production;
- Skill in economic calculation: payback, financial consequences of implementing/not implementing functionality;
- Experience working with OKRs: setting and tracking goals;
- Understanding and use of practices like DevOps and CI/CD;
- Basic understanding of SQL, API, web application architecture;
- Experience working with Git;
- Experience releasing applications in the AppStore and Google Play stores;
- PMP, PSM certifications or equivalent;
- Examples of successful launch of projects and products involving more than two teams.
