Delivery Manager / Chief of Staff | FinTech

The CTO has about 20 parallel projects. Each has an autonomous technical owner. There is no PM layer — and we don't want to create one. Instead, we are looking for someone who will become the operational right hand of the CTO: they will see the big picture of the portfolio, notice risks before they turn into problems, and ensure results without micromanagement.

What will be in your area of responsibility:✍️ → managing a portfolio of 10+ parallel projects; → controlling pace, deadlines, quality, and key results; → working with risks, dependencies, and blockers; → synchronizing technical teams and business stakeholders; → preparing decisions for the CTO in the format: context → options → risks → recommendation; → participating in hiring and team building; → automating operational processes using AI.

It's important for us that you:🫡 • have already managed a large number of parallel projects / work streams; • have experience working directly with C-level; • can independently resolve complex situations, not just pass the problem on; • can tell the manager: “Here’s what’s happening, here’s why, here are the options — I suggest this one”; • are not afraid to speak directly about problems; • have experience conducting interviews and hiring.

Particularly interested in: Senior Program / Delivery / Portfolio Managers, Chief of Staff, PMO Leads, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers with strong delivery experience.

Will be a plus: FinTech / Payments, international teams, technical or product-tech projects.
