**CDO / Delivery Manager ** Remote

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager (CDO) to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of tech projects while aligning engineering execution with business goals. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and act as the connective tissue between teams and stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities: **

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning → execution → delivery
• Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with clear quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, analytics, DevOps
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks — and resolve them
• Track KPIs (velocity, cycle time, throughput) and report progress transparently
• Improve Agile practices and delivery processes continuously
• Maintain alignment, manage expectations, and foster accountability

Requirements:

• 3+ years as Delivery/Project Manager in software environments
• Strong technical understanding of SDLC and modern dev workflows
• Hands-on experience with delivery metrics and Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• English C1+ (written & spoken)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Self-driven, structured, and effective in fast-paced settings

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed/international teams
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.
• Background in software dev, product, or IT consulting
• Interest in applying AI tools to delivery workflows
