IT Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager (Product Analyst) who will be responsible for the effective delivery of IT products and projects, coordination of development teams, and achievement of the customer's business goals. We need a specialist who can manage deadlines, resources, and risks, build transparent development processes, maintain high quality of results, and ensure effective interaction between business and technical teams. • 3+ years of experience in IT, of which at least 2–3 years in project, program, or IT delivery management. • Successful experience in delivering IT products or projects with responsibility for deadlines, scope, quality, and resources. • Skills in planning deadlines, resources, and team workload. • Proficient in Jira and Confluence or similar tools. • Understanding of CI/CD, testing, release, operations, and incident management processes at a level sufficient for effective coordination of technical specialists. • Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder expectation management skills. • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, if working with international clients is expected.

Work at the head office in Almaty city. Remote work is not considered.
