An IT company specializing in the implementation and technical support of corporate IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Management of Delivery, Project Management, and Technical Support teams. • Oversight of project execution in terms of deadlines, budget, and scope. • Financial performance management: plan vs. actual, cost of goods sold, profitability, utilization. • Development of Project Management, Support, Sales, and Presales processes. • Monitoring SLA, service quality, and client escalations. • Resource planning and team development. • Reporting on projects, risks, costs, and efficiency. • Change management and minimization of scope creep risks.
We are looking for you if: • You have 3+ years of experience managing Delivery, Professional Services, PM, or Technical Support teams. • You have experience in managing projects, budgets, resources, SLAs, and financial performance. • You understand project economics: costs, profitability, utilization. • You have experience working with corporate clients and cross-functional teams. • You possess skills in change management, risk management, and client escalations. • Jira, Confluence, MS Project are a plus.
