What you will do: • Build and develop the Operations & Delivery function at BuildX. • Manage the portfolio of IT projects and product initiatives: priorities, deadlines, resources, risks, dependencies, and budget. • Ensure end-to-end delivery from initiative intake and scope definition to production and handover of the solution to operations. • Establish a unified delivery framework: planning, governance, reporting, escalation, and release readiness. • Synchronize the work of Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, BA, DevOps, and Operations. • Develop Service Delivery and Production Operations, including SLA/SLO, incident, problem, and change management. • Manage Delivery / Project / Operations Managers and foster a culture of ownership & accountability. • Utilize delivery and operational metrics to enhance team predictability, quality, and efficiency. We need a leader who can create structure where there are many teams, dependencies, and parallel initiatives, without turning processes into unnecessary bureaucracy.
