Role Essence Operational owner of the delivery process in the development team. Takes all operational tasks from me: filling and refining the backlog, managing weekly sprints, tracking deadlines, rituals (planning, grooming, retrospective, demo), metrics, and reporting.
At the intersection of product and development. Understand what the business wants, hand it over to development, and control its timely implementation.
The current QA can't handle it alone. Need help. There are tons of tasks. Experience in manual and automated testing is required.
We develop AI-SaaS products (AI-based web services). We work in sprints, actively use AI tools (work bots, process automation, n8n) and are currently building a mature, measurable delivery process.
