We are Piquario, a leading Russian company specializing in the development and implementation of solutions for Digital Asset Management (DAM). Our mission is to help companies and media unlock the full potential of their digital content.
Our clients include dozens of the country's largest companies, media outlets, sports teams and federations, as well as government agencies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES
We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager with experience in managing the development of complex IT products to join our team. The role combines delivery focus, project management, and operational management of Picvario DAM development teams. The main task is to take operational control of delivery in the development of Picvario DAM: ensure manageability of releases, deadlines, teams, communications, risks, and results in key product areas. It is important not just to administer processes, but to actively manage delivery: achieve agreements, meet deadlines, control execution, escalate risks in a timely manner, and build a workflow so that the team maintains focus, pace, and engagement without excessive pressure or chaos.
With us, you will solve the following tasks:
— Manage the delivery of results in several Picvario DAM development teams: from working with requirements and planning to development, testing, release, and product support. — Maintain working communication with clients, internal stakeholders, product managers, tech leads, support, and implementation teams. — Participate in pre-sales activities with Sales, analysts, and the product team: help analyze client requests, assess feasibility, timelines, risks, and resources, prepare project materials, plans, and high-level estimates. — Plan team work: form calendar and resource plans, release plans, roadmaps for different areas, capacity planning, identify dependencies, risks, and milestones. — Organize teamwork within development teams: maintain focus of discussions, record decisions, agreements, responsible parties, and deadlines. — Coordinate external contractors involved in the development of Picvario DAM.
EXPECTED RESULTS FROM THE WORK
Releases are planned, decomposed, and delivered. For each release, the composition, deadlines, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and current status are clear.
Specific agreements are made for tasks: who does what by when. Performers provide realistic commitments, progress is regularly monitored, and deviations are handled promptly.
Work is planned and completed within expected periods. Key areas focus on timely delivery of results, fulfilling client commitments, supporting product commercial goals, and sustainable team performance.
Potential deadline slippages, team overload, unclear requirements, technical blockers are highlighted before they become problems. An action plan is proposed for each significant risk.
There are clear rules for task assignment, recording agreements, deadline control, regular status updates, change management, release planning, and escalations. Improvements to project office processes are initiated and implemented.
AI tools are applied where they provide practical benefits: for preparing status reports, analyzing requirements, structuring agreements, identifying risks, preparing materials, optimizing routine PM processes, and accelerating communications.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN CANDIDATES
— 5+ years of experience in managing the development of complex IT products. — Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to build constructive communication with clients, team, tech leads, and internal stakeholders. — High level of self-discipline and organization, punctuality, and attention to detail. — Willingness to take responsibility for results and achieve them, understanding the difference between "tried" and "done." Ability to actively manage delivery rather than passively follow the process: set the pace, resist chaos, identify opportunities for acceleration, and bring solutions to implementation. — Practical experience using AI in PM/Delivery roles: ability to use AI tools for information analysis, material preparation, task structuring, risk identification, and acceleration of routine processes without loss of quality, vibe-coding AI assistants, scripts, templates, and internal tools for automating PM routines. — Analytical mindset, ability to independently find necessary information and formulate the right questions. — Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, releases, support, and operation. — English language proficiency B1+. — General technical literacy and IT background.
