WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES

We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager with experience in managing the development of complex IT products to join our team. The role combines a delivery focus, project management, and operational management of Picvario DAM development teams. The main task is to take operational control of delivery in the development of Picvario DAM: ensure manageability of releases, deadlines, teams, communications, risks, and results in key product areas. It is important not just to administer processes, but to actively manage delivery: achieve agreements, land tasks in time, control execution, escalate risks promptly, and build a workflow so that the team maintains focus, pace, and engagement without unnecessary pressure and chaos.

With us, you will be solving the following tasks:

— Manage the delivery of results in several Picvario DAM development teams: from working with requirements and planning to development, testing, release, and product support — Conduct working communication with clients, internal stakeholders, product managers, tech leads, support, and implementation teams — Participate in presales with Sales, analysts, and the product team: help analyze client requests, assess feasibility, deadlines, risks, and resources, prepare project materials, plans, and high-level estimates — Plan team work: form calendar and resource plans, release plans, roadmaps by area, capacity planning, dependencies, risks, and checkpoints — Organize interaction within development teams: maintain focus of discussions, document decisions, agreements, responsible parties, and deadlines — Coordinate external contractors involved in the development of Picvario DAM

EXPECTED RESULTS FROM WORK

• Release Delivery Management Releases are planned, decomposed, and delivered. For each release, the composition, deadlines, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and current status are clear.

• Team Deadlines and Commitments Are Controlled There are specific agreements for tasks: who does what by when. Performers make realistic commitments, progress is regularly monitored, and deviations are handled promptly.

• Predictability of Delivery and Fulfillment of Commercial Obligations is Increased Work is planned and completed within expected periods. Key areas focus on timely delivery of results, fulfillment of client obligations, support for commercial product goals, and sustainable team performance.

• Risks and Issues Are Identified in Advance Potential deadline slippages, team overload, unclear requirements, and technical blockers are highlighted before they become problems. An action plan is proposed for each significant risk.

• Project Management Processes Are Transparent and Evolving There are clear rules for task assignment, documenting agreements, deadline control, regular status updates, change management, release planning, and escalations. Improvements to project office processes are initiated and implemented.

• AI is Applied to Increase Team Efficiency AI tools are used where they provide practical benefits: for preparing status reports, analyzing requirements, structuring agreements, identifying risks, preparing materials, and optimizing routine tasks.
