We, Betting Software, are a provider of ready-made software solutions for clients and partners in the iGaming industry. Our company specializes in the development and support of web applications for betting and gambling, their design, as well as the integration of systems and games.
We are proud of our product! Currently, the team is looking for a Top Manager for the role of Head of Delivery.
Key Tasks:
- Compilation of a unified project registry: statuses, deadlines, risks, and forecasts.
- Communication with the CTO and launch into production;
- Review of technical specifications, decomposition, estimates, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitoring of deadlines, change requests, escalations, and resolutions.
- Quality gates, test cases, UAT, and post-launch defects.
- Implementation of planned vs. actual effort, margin, rework, and unbilled volume.
- Dashboards, rules, templates, and post-project reviews.
Candidate Profile We Need:
- Over 6 years of experience as a Head of Project Production/Product Manager in the niche: B2B iGaming platforms, large-scale custom IT development, strong IT studios, and integrators;
- An expert who combines several roles: a technical specialist with proven experience, a strong analyst.
- An expert responsible for product quality (knowledge of QA, experience in process management).
Results Expected from Head of Delivery:
- Fulfillment of all client needs, business context, requirements, and communication.
- A working solution delivered on time, with the required quality and economics.
- A functioning architecture, engineering standards, developers, and technical quality.
- QA / Operations, specifically - verification, launch, stability, and operation of the solution.
