Technical PM / Delivery Manager

Mid+ / Senior

We develop partner and proprietary installment products and launch them in various countries. We are looking for a mid+ / senior PM / Delivery Manager with a technical background who can turn chaos into a manageable system.

How we manage projects

We run each initiative through 4 levels — and you need to keep them connected: from the user scenario to services, teams, and launch in production.

L1

User Flow (critical path)

• Break down the scenario "how it should work" into user steps.
• Define transition criteria / launch gates and "what we consider success" (metrics / OKRs for the initiative).

L2

Product Surface (screens / states / content)

• Synchronize the frontend: texts / disclaimers / documentation, statuses and edge cases (errors / retries / timeouts).
• Ensure that product rules and limitations are correctly reflected in user states.

L3

Architecture (services and integrations)

• Link product requirements with technical implementation (API / services / events).
• Read and analyze API / contracts, technical documentation, and logs — at the level of "I understand what's happening and where it broke."
• Write development requirements.
• Participate in incident / anomaly analysis: where it broke, why, and what we're changing.

L4

Delivery (teams, owners, deadlines, DoD)

• Create roadmaps and manage initiatives from preparation to release and stabilization.
• Package this into a backlog: decomposition into epics / tasks, prioritization, readiness criteria (DoR / DoD), build order, progress control.
• Maintain RACI, dependencies, transparent statuses.
• Synchronize with engineers and translate "business language" into understandable tasks; drive agreements with development, risks, analytics, compliance, and partners to deliver results on time.
• Build "manageability": launch checklists, requirement templates, documentation standards.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a technical / product focus.
• Experience in fintech/banking or a startup.
• International launches and complex cross-team processes.
• Experience working with task trackers.
• English B2+.
