• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager • Experience in technical support (L2/L3) / client service • Experience in implementation or operation projects • Understanding of technical support processes (ITIL / ITSM — knowledge or certification) • Understanding of project management processes • Skills in building processes and regulations • Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, regulations • Sufficient technical background to speak the same language with engineers • General understanding of software solution architecture, server hardware, network infrastructure

🔹 Will be a plus:

• Experience as a team lead or head of a support team • Experience in implementing or adapting ITIL processes • Experience working with external clients

🔹 Professional Skills:
