Format: remote Schedule: non-standard (possible work at night and on weekends, overtime is paid x2) Salary: up to 220,000

We are looking for a specialist with dual expertise: a Service Manager with the functions of a Support Project Manager or a Project Manager with experience as a Service Manager.

Responsibilities: • Management of service and technical support projects; • Organization and development of service support and operation processes; • Interaction with clients and expectation management; • Preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and regulations; • Building and improving service processes; • Coordination of technical specialists and support for implementation and operation projects; • Interaction with engineers and other project participants.

Requirements: ✔️ Experience: 3+ years as a Service Manager Experience in implementation or operation projects Experience in technical support (L2/L3) / customer service

✔️ Professional skills: Understanding of technical support processes (ITIL / ITSM — knowledge or certification) Understanding of project management processes Skills in building processes and regulations Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, regulations Sufficient technical background to speak the same language with engineers General understanding of software solution architecture, server hardware, network infrastructure

✔️ Will be a plus: Experience as a team lead or support team manager Experience in implementing or adapting ITIL processes Experience working with external clients
