🔺Requirements:
- Processing employee and client requests
- Processing incoming requests from employees through various communication channels (Jira Service Management, Bitrix24, email), as well as automated requests with typical tasks of the technical support group. Consulting employees on issues related to the use of software, hardware, services, etc.
- Processing incoming client requests regarding software products created within the group of companies. Filling the knowledge base with technical requests related to the products.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Diagnosing problems related to software and hardware.
- Troubleshooting or finding the right contractors if the task requires escalation...
- Knowledge Base Management:
- Using and maintaining the up-to-date Knowledge Base for quick resolution of typical problems.
- Hardware and Software Installation and Configuration:
- Installing, configuring, and updating software on employee workstations.
- Supporting and configuring peripheral devices (printers, scanners, cameras, etc.).
- Network Support:
- Ensuring the operability of the local network, diagnosing internet connection problems.
- Supporting and configuring network equipment (Mikrotik routers, Unify access points, etc.)
- Employee Training:
- Communicating information to employees about the basics of working with software and hardware used in the company.
- SLA Compliance:
- Adhering to established deadlines for processing and resolving requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Teamwork:
- Interacting with other members of the technical support group.
- Participating in planned infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Reporting:
- Filling in task completion details within the accounting systems (Jira Service Management, Bitrix24).
- Compliance with Standards and Policies:
- Following corporate standards, security policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of employee data.
