2. Completed higher education in IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide relevant answers to all client questions in support chats, sometimes by phone.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the operation of our products.
3. Analytical breakdown of situations in identity verification processes (image analysis, basic analytics).
4. Interact with the development team to convey information about technical issues and suggestions for service improvement.
5. Study company products.
