MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 3 years of experience in B2B tech support, or at least 1 year of experience as a developer / Data Scientist.
2. Higher education in IT.
3. Ability to work with technical documentation.
4. High level of communication skills.
5. Proficient oral and written communication.
6. High level of responsibility.
7. Possession of a high-performance laptop.

🏆 WILL BE A PLUS: Experience in identity verification / KYC / AML.

🧑🏽‍💻 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide relevant answers to all client inquiries via chat support, and occasionally by phone.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the operation of our products.
3. Analyze identity verification processes (image analysis, basic analytics).
4. Collaborate with the development team to relay information about technical issues and suggestions for service improvements.
