Responsibilities:
• complete knowledge of production processes and ensuring their strict adherence;
• assisting 1st line support employees with issues beyond their competence;
• monitoring functionality, configuration, and maintenance of work resources;
• maintaining and updating the knowledge base;
• knowledge transfer and assistance in training 1st and 2nd line support employees;
• creating reports using data from the database.
Requirements:
• confident proficiency in Windows and Linux OS;
• confident knowledge of PCs and office software;
• confident SQL proficiency for at least a year;
• ability to read and understand logs, including in JSON format;
• understanding of principles for handling user requests: systematization, determining importance and priority level of the request;
• ability to work with and understand technical documentation;
• friendly communication and ability to clearly articulate thoughts;
• basic knowledge of written English sufficient for technical correspondence;
• technical mindset;
• ability to independently search for problem solutions
