Technical Support Specialist (IT) Vacancy
RESTOCRM is an IT company that develops websites, mobile applications, CRMs, loyalty programs, and integrations for restaurants and delivery services.
We are looking for a specialist who is interested not just in responding to inquiries, but in understanding the root causes of problems, helping clients, and driving tasks to completion.
What you will do: • receive client inquiries (chats, email, CRM); • analyze the situation and gather information for a solution; • assist clients with using the system; • interact with developers and support inquiries until fully resolved; • participate in populating the knowledge base and use neural networks in your work.
We expect you to: • have experience in technical support, customer service, or IT; • be able to analyze situations and communicate effectively with clients; • be attentive to detail and drive tasks to completion; • be ready to study the product and grow professionally.
We offer: ✔ salary of 50,000 ₽ during the probationary period; ✔ after the probationary period — income of 55–60 thousand ₽ (salary + KPI); ✔ an additional bonus of 5% for recommending additional solutions to clients; ✔ schedule of 5/2, 09:00–18:00 (Moscow Time); ✔ paid on-call duties and overtime; ✔ training, support, and real opportunities for career growth.
