Responsibilities: • Record user and partner requests in the system (written channels only); • Advise service users on their inquiries (no sales), quickly and effectively find solutions to any client problems, ensure a high level of service; • Interact with our other departments to resolve client tasks and problems (2nd line support, account managers, etc.); • Create bug reports for the development and QA team in case of technical failures; • Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.

Requirements: • English at B2 level or higher (all communication is in English); • Willingness to work night shifts (22:00 - 10:00 Moscow time); • Ability to maintain polite dialogue with clients, find an approach to different people, express thoughts clearly orally and in writing • Love for people. Will be a plus: • Experience in support services or other client services; • Technical mindset: you dig into logs yourself, can clearly describe bugs, and are not afraid to figure out how a feature works; • Desire to develop in the fintech industry.
