🔖 Customer Support Manager (English, Remote)

Salary: 650 - 900 $ per month, net

📝Responsibilities: • Provide written user support in English • Analyze user requests: reproduce the problem, find the cause, suggest a solution • Write bug reports • Keep track of product updates and provide users with up-to-date answers

🔍What's important to us: • User support experience from 6 months (preferably in English) • Confident knowledge of written English (not lower than B1+) • Discipline, high level of self-organization • Willingness to perform routine tasks (80% of working time) • Must have your own PC

🤝Conditions: • Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour shifts (5–6 hours of active work) • Weekend shifts: by agreement with the manager
