🔍 Responsibilities:

• processing incoming user chats
• initial problem diagnostics
• working with the product admin panel
• correctly assigning dialogue topics
• structured tickets for L2
• searching for solutions in the knowledge base

🎯 What's important:

• support experience of 6 months or more
• English B1 (reading and basic communication)
• experience with ticketing systems
• skills in diagnosing typical technical problems
• clear and friendly communication, empathy, multitasking, stress resistance, attention to detail

🕒 Conditions:

• format: remote
• schedule: 2/2, night shift from 20:00 to 08:00
• probationary period 3 months: $990 ($.5/hour)
• after probation: $1080 ($6/hour)
• bonus system based on personal performance and KPI
• training and support during the probationary period
