We are an international iGaming operator with 10+ years in the market, actively growing and strengthening our support team.
Responsibilities: — Process incoming inquiries via chat (live support) — Assist users with: accounts, KYC, deposits/withdrawals, bonuses, gaming, and technical issues — Receive and structure user complaints — Escalate complex cases to specialized departments — Quickly diagnose problems and gather data — Adhere to security standards — Maintain a high level of service — Meet KPIs (Quality and speed)
Requirements: — iGaming support experience of 6+ months MANDATORY — Russian - C2, English - B1+ — Proficient and fast typing speed in Russian (250+ characters/min)
🕐 Schedule (2/2) To choose from — 08:00–20:00 (Morning shift) — 13:00–01:00 (Evening shift) — 20:00–08:00 (Night shift) Cyprus timezone
💸 Conditions: $800-$1200
Probationary period: — $4.5 / $5.5 (day/night) After successful completion of the probation period: — $5 / $6 (day/night)
