What needs to be done:

• Respond to player inquiries in chat, email, and messengers.
• Assist with registration, verification, bonuses, payouts, and technical issues.
• Process requests quickly, politely, and according to regulations.
• Identify problem situations and escalate information to related departments.
• Handle objections and maintain player loyalty.

What is important:

• Experience in iGaming / gambling is desirable (understanding of specifics, verification processes, bonus systems).
• Support experience of six months or more.
• Excellent communication skills and stress resistance.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian.
• Ability to work in a multitasking mode.

Conditions:

• Salary: $500 – $600 per month.
• Full remote, flexible schedule, +-6 hours working day.
• Work in conjunction with the team, clear tasks.
