Description

Looking for a Support Manager (iGaming)

Hi! We are Fixa Casino. We are looking for someone who will help players, solve issues, and make the service better.

What needs to be done:

Respond to player inquiries via chat, email, and messengers.

Assist with registration, verification, bonuses, payouts, and technical issues.

Process requests quickly, politely, and according to regulations.

Identify problematic situations and transfer information to adjacent departments.

Handle objections and maintain player loyalty.

What's important:

iGaming / gambling experience is mandatory (understanding of specifics, verification processes, bonus systems).
Excellent communication skills and stress resistance.
Proficient oral and written communication.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Conditions:

Salary: $800 – $1000 per month.
Full remote, flexible schedule.
Work in conjunction with the team, clear tasks.
Payments twice a month.
