We are looking for an iGaming Customer Support Representative to support players via live chat and email.

Responsibilities

• Support players via live chat and email
• Manage at least 3 concurrent chats
• Handle account, payment, bonus, KYC and gameplay-related requests
• Escalate technical, payment, fraud and responsible-gaming cases
• Follow internal procedures and data-protection requirements
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions
• Meet KPIs for response time, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Finnish is a strong advantage
• Customer support experience, preferably via live chat and email
• Ability to multitask and handle 3+ chats simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to work night shifts

Schedule & Location

• Office-based — Valencia, Spain
• 24/7 support
• 2 days on / 2 days off
• Shifts: 08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00
• Salary From $700 net
