Client Support Operator

We are looking for an attentive and competent specialist for our client support team.

Format: remote. Schedule: 15–20 shifts per month, 12 hours each. Shifts: day (08:00–20:00) and night (20:00–08:00). Time (GMT+3).

Responsibilities: • Consulting clients in online chat. • Assisting with technical issues. • Handling inquiries and escalating complex requests to relevant departments.

Requirements: • At least 4 months of experience in client support or consulting in the gambling / iGaming sector is required. • English B1. • Fluent Russian. • Attentiveness, fast typing, and the ability to manage multiple chats. • Stable internet connection and readiness for night shifts.
