💫 Support Agent (iGaming)
Локация: Remote Full-time
Responsibilities: • Communicate with players via chat and email • Support KYC verification and document checks • Process player requests and escalate VIP-related issues • Monitor and manage platform requests in JIRA • Ensure high-quality customer support and fast issue resolution
Requirements: • Strong English and Russian communication skills (C1+ preferred) • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Experience in iGaming will be an advantage • Spanish knowledge will be a plus • Motivation to learn and develop skills
