📍 Remote (outside of Russia)

📌 What you will do:

— Be a support specialist for the betting product: handle complex cases regarding bets, refunds, and disputed settlements; — Work with clients from Africa, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan via chat and email; — Explain betting rules, settlement logic, cash-out, and settlement;

💯 Expectations:

— Experience in betting support / bookmaker support for at least 1 year; — Knowledge of the bet lifecycle: settlements, void bets, disputed situations; — Understanding of fraud patterns in betting (multi-accounting, bonus hunting); — English B1+ and Russian (written, confident); — Experience working with Tier-3 GEOs (Africa, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan) is a big plus: — Initiative, empathy, willingness to "own" a problem until the end; — Your own equipment.

🎈 Conditions:

— Full remote (any location except Russia); — Salary in USDT; — Schedule: afternoon in Cyprus (~14:00–22:00); — Days off: Monday, Tuesday (Saturday and Sunday are working days); — The project is about a year old, the team is small, almost no bureaucracy; — You can influence processes and grow to a team lead.
