**Salary: **650 - 900 $ per month, net

📝Responsibilities: • Written user support in English • Analyze user requests: reproduce the issue, find the cause, propose a solution • Write bug reports • Monitor product updates and provide users with up-to-date answers

🔍What is important to us: • User support experience of 6 months or more (preferably in English) • Confident written English (B1+ level) • Discipline, high level of self-organization • Readiness for routine tasks (80% of working time) • Mandatory personal computer required

🤝Conditions: • Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour shifts (5–6 hours of active work) • Weekend shifts: by agreement with the manager
