⭐️ Support Manager (VIP)
🟣 Format: remote 🟣 Company: disclosed after signing NDA 🟣 Salary: $850, bonus up to 50% of salary after probation period
📌 Responsibilities: — Processing incoming inquiries from key clients via chats and calls, answering questions and solving problems; — Outgoing calls for feedback collection, informing about bonuses and promotions; — Consultations on technical issues and the bonus program, handling objections; — Building trusting relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of service.
📌 Requirements: — Korean language at C1 level; — Russian and English languages for team communication; — Experience working in chats, preferably managing multiple chats simultaneously; — Experience working with VIP clients will be an advantage; — Fluent oral and written communication; — Punctuality, empathy, responsibility.
📌 Cooperation Terms: — Remote work format; — Employment under a civil contract (GPH); — Vacation 28 calendar days, payment of sick leave and vacation pay; — Schedule 5/2, from 07:00 to 16:00 Moscow time; — GEO: Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan.
