#vacancy 🟢 Customer Support Specialist 📍 Remote | 🕑 14:00–23:00 (Kyiv time)
A Ukrainian insurtech company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients in chats. Responsibilities: ✔️ Consulting clients and agents in chats ✔️ Answering questions about the company's insurance products ✔️ Prompt resolution of client requests and non-standard situations ✔️ Prompt response to inquiries in accordance with established standards ✔️ Maintaining reports on processed inquiries
What we are looking for: ✔️ Work experience is not required ✔️ Fluent Ukrainian language ✔️ Stress resistance and the ability to remain calm in non-standard situations ✔️ Communication skills, friendliness, client-orientation ✔️ Attention to detail and the ability to work in a multitasking mode ✔️ Proficient PC user
